We understand the complexities of entering a new field. That's why we've created a comprehensive and simplified Learning Strategies designed to help the student choose the process of becoming a certified SPD technician That best suits their goals.

The Certification Board for Sterile Processing & Distribution, or CBSPD, is the second organization to provide certifications and has since amassed over 33,000 active certifications. is a highly respected in the industry and participates in the development of AAMI standards.  

While our course is self-paced, the CBSPD offers the SPD Techs exam four (04) times a year, typically in February, May, August, and November. The first exam for the year takes place in February.
